This week, a lesson in how (preferably) NOT to meal plan. This, in my mind, was a meal plan fail; an unusually high consumption of poultry, one veggie meal down, rice three times in the week and three-Oriental style meals in a row.
The saving grace of this week’s plan was the ability to cope with the last minute change of plan and a guest on Wednesday using just what I had in the fridge, freezer and store cupboard.
