I am a huge fan of rice bowls because they are a really easy way to eat an interesting meal as a family, even with a picky eater.

It’s easy to prepare, you can use up lots of bits and pieces, there is a good variety of foods available and it’s fun to eat.

Everything goes in the middle of the table and everyone can help themselves to create a nourishing bowl of food that suits them.
