Chilli is one of the few foods we all enjoy eating in our house and so it is regularly on the menu.
Whilst I do really enjoy a really good bowl of chilli and rice, it is nice to ring the changes so it makes an appearance in burritos quite often and then every now and again, I’ll go to the effort (it’s well worth it!) of turning it into a kind of lasagne.
I now have one child who’ll eat it like this and another who still refuses so I always save some chilli, tortillas and cheese back to serve alongside the dish.
