Mushroom and black bean chilli

A delicious and simple veggie chilli recipe. Just a handful of ingredients, not much chopping and minimal effort. 

Whilst it’s true that chilli tastes better once it has cooked slowly for a few hours, this mushroom and black bean chilli is fantastic after just 30 minutes, if that’s all the time you’ve got. 

And, as a bonus, whilst it does contain slugs (mushrooms!), my children eat it!
