Recipe of the week: Lime pickle yoghurt

Hardly a recipe as it involves mixing together just two ingredients, but this lime pickle yoghurt is a really quick and easy way to jazz up a meal that you may intentionally be leaving plain to encourage your children to eat it.

When serving food to my children, I often hang back with the spice, choosing to put herbs, spiced, pickles and condiments on the table for us to add to our food at the table to make it more interesting and satisfying.

Lime pickle yoghurt goes well with chicken or lamb kebabs, paneer and mushroom tikka, spiced chicken dippers, on top of a spiced lentil soup or just a poppadom.
