I love the idea of trail mix but not having a sweet tooth, all that dried fruit can be a challenge. My savoury snack mix is flavoured with herbs, lemon and chilli and makes for a truly delicious alternative.
Great to have in an airtight container to dip into throughout the week. I love to have mine with some slices of apple on the side.
Need to avoid nuts? Simply swap them out for some crunchy roasted chickpeas and lentils.
