Write the names of some family favourite meals on sticks and keep them in a jar. When it’s meal planning time, take it in turns to pull sticks out and note down the meals on your plan.
To include plenty of variety, make sure you’ve got lots of sticks or why not use them for 5/6 meals and choose 1/2 new recipes each week.
