We tried something new as a family this week: tempeh. I was very pleased that everyone gave it a go. It is good to demonstrate trying something new to your fussy eater and remembering what it is like to be out of your comfort zone. It doesn’t have to be ‘exotic’, it can be as simple as a new pasta shape.

BBQ beef short ribs, spicy potato salad, zingy slaw and corn on the cob
