On Saturday at my cookalong we prepared these irresistible Christmas pudding bonbons. I am not a fan of Christmas pudding but I could knock back a fair few of these in one go!

Not only do they make a lovely gift, it’s a great recipe to have up your sleeve to make use of any leftover Christmas pudding. Lockdown permitting, they’re perfect to take along to a New Year’s Eve party.
