I’m a big fan of baked beans but I also really enjoy cooking with and eating a variety of beans. Black beans are my favourite.
Beans are great for experimenting with and take on flavours so well. They’re a great way to make more expensive ingredients stretch and tinned beans mean you can have a tasty, nutritious meal on the table in no time at all.
