Overnight oats are a great better weather alternative to porridge, but I’ve got one child who won’t eat them and one who’s bored and wants something a bit different.
This raspberry and kiwi smoothie bowl is a winner with both. And, I love it because it makes use of bananas on the turn that no one will eat (although that doesn’t worry me because if not eaten they’ll head to the freezer ready to make ice cream and other goodies), puts to use the kiwi from the fruit boxes which was once loved and is now refused and is combined with raspberries from the freezer.
I serve this both for breakfast and for pudding.
