With Easter approaching, you might be thinking of lamb dishes to eat but if you’re not keen to cook a roast, my lamb tagine is simple to prepare and can be batch cooked so you can freeze some for another time when you need a quick and easy meal.

And even better, there’s no need to turn on the oven as you cook it on the hob or in the slow cooker.
