Enjoying lots of picnics this summer?  

Whilst the kids may be happy with a constant supply of cheese or ham sandwiches, my belly is far happier with a tasty, bread-free lunch inside it! 

This colourful smoked mackerel rice salad travels really well in a lunchbox and is one of my regular summer go-tos.
