A few ingredients and some simple skills are all that are needed to make this rich and delicious sausage ragu. It’s a great one for children to prepare, cooking with support at the hob until they are old enough and confident to do it solo.
I’ve used it a few times in my family cookery sessions and it is always a hit with both the children and the parents.
