Recipe of the week: Bibimbap (Korean rice bowl)

I am a huge fan of this dish and make no apology for posting it regularly. If there is one dish which best encapsulates the work I do and what I teach, it is this one, Korean rice bowl.

It is a really easy way to eat an interesting meal as a family, whether you’ve got a picky eater or have multiple dietary requirements to accommodate.  

It’s easy to prepare, you can use up lots of bits and pieces, there is a good variety of foods available and it’s fun to eat. 

It’s perfect for serving family-style and a great example of how you can approach this way of serving food if you are new to it.
