This Caribbean spiced salmon dish features regularly on our menu because it’s a really easy one to serve in a way which is going to suit everyone. Plus, it’s simply delicious!
I can leave a piece of salmon plain and I can cut back the seasoning on another, that’s no bother. I can also prepare the salsa, leaving some of the ingredients to serve separately instead of mixed together.
The rice has peas and beans in it which can be picked out if the kids don’t want to eat them.
Best of all, it brings a smile to my face. What better way to support my children to develop a love of food than to show them how much I’m enjoying my food?
