My butternut squash and feta scones are a great light tea option for those days when your child has had a hot meal at school.
Children often don’t need much at tea time, especially if they’ve had their main meal at school, so on a busy night or a night when it’s not feasible to eat together, something quick and easy is just the ticket.
Serve them with some veg sticks, some fruit and maybe a little of their favourite cheese.
Any leftovers can be frozen and are great for snacks.
