It’s December, and my recipe focus is turning to festive food. First up are my signature Christmas pudding truffles.
Those of you who have followed me for a while, attended a Christmas cookalong or masterclass will be familiar with these and I am pleased to have already received messages from some of you telling me that you’ve been stocking up ready to make them!
Not only are these truffles irresistible, even to a Christmas pudding hater like me, but they make fabulous gifts, are perfect to take with you to a gathering AND are a great way to use up any leftover Christmas pudding.
We put these in a gift box with a joke in place of crackers on our Christmas table.
