We’re nearly there! It’s the last week of the holidays.

When I was little, one of my favourite books was called Put the kettle on! It was very British with the family having a cup of tea after each mishap or adventure!

I feel that it’s time to do as the family in the story did; put the kettle on, put your feet up and enjoy a slice of my pistachio, lemon and cardamom cake.
