We eat an extraordinarily varied collection of meals with lots of new dishes on the menu. But, we also have our favourites and our regular features. This chicken, pancetta and bean stew with sage is one of them.
Creamy and warming but still light, it’s a great dish for this time of year. And if you’ve still got some sherry left from Christmas, a little tipple in this dish would be perfect!
