It’s good to break up the indulgence after Christmas Day and Boxing Day with something lighter and packed with fresh veggies.
A broth with lightly cooked vegetables and pearl barley is lovely but my favourite is this curry noodle soup.
You can add leftover turkey if you wish or escape the leftovers with some prawns or tofu.
Enjoy a jolly good slurp then put your feet up and watch another Christmas movie!
