Have you made any plans to travel this summer? I’ve been daydreaming about getting away and exploring new places but it’s camping in Devon for us this summer. Maybe next year we’ll escape abroad.

 

Until then, I’ll continue to travel through my food. And, today, I’m headed off to the blue seas, warm sun, white-washed walls and tavernas of Greece with my Greek-style baked lemon chicken.
