My week in meals – w/c 25/04/21

Meal plan

We enjoyed some really tasty food this week. Both children did really well with some of the more challenging dishes and Alexis surprised us by asking to try some foods which she’s previously refused.

Feta stuffed peppers and aubergine, flatbread, cucumber and mint salad with pomegranate molasses dressing

Tuesday

Dhal, egg, glazed carrots, kachumber, naan

Wednesday

Harissa salmon and roast baby potato salad, with grilled little Gem, roasted radishes and fennel, cucumber, avocado and a pul biber dressing

BBQ brisket, BBQ beans, wedges and slaw
