I’ve found a way to get my daughter to eat potato – gnocchi – so we’re having it regularly in the hopes that we’ll be able to move onto other forms soon.
This gnocchi, blue cheese and bacon bake is one of the dishes that will be featured in our plentiful gnocchi repertoire in the next few weeks.
I’ll make half as a bake like this and leave half deconstructed for the children, who will likely take offence at one or more of the ingredients or everything mixed together!
