Yesterday was Yorkshire Pudding day and so to celebrate, I’ve chosen my apple and blueberry toad in the hole for the recipe of the week. Toad in the hole is just a giant filled Yorkshire Pudding after all.
Leftover Yorkshire Puddings aren’t a thing in our house, but if it were to happen, they’d definitely be eaten for dessert. In the absence of leftovers, I make no apology for purposefully creating a dessert.
