My week in meals – w/c 17/01/21

Meal plan

Another week of taking it easy in the kitchen and using up supplies. I’m going to have to hit the shop at the weekend for some fresh fruit and vegetables though.

Smoked mackerel dauphinoise with fennel and orange salad and green salad

Tuesday

Roast cauliflower, chickpea and spinach curry, dhal, spiced baked potatoes and chapattis

Using roast cauliflower and chickpeas from the freezer, leftover potatoes

Wednesday

Sausage rolls, bean stew, slaw, salad and pickles

Thursday

Hungover noodles

Friday

Chicken tikka and onion bhaji burger with curried slaw

Saturday

Bread gnocchi with tomato sauce
