I’ve shared this recipe for bibimbap a few times and I’m going to keep on sharing it because I truly believe that it is one of the best meals that you can have in your repertoire. 

Rice bowls are perfect for feeding a family, especially if your family includes a fussy eater or if you have a variety of diets to cater for.

This dish is perfect for reducing your food waste too – have a look in your fridge to see what veg needs using up and I’ll bet it’ll work in this dish. 

You can serve Bibimbap once a week and not get bored because each time you serve it, you’re going to end up with a different result, always tasty, always satisfying and always a hit!

You don’t even really need a recipe as it is more of an assembly job with minimal effort.

Get everything on the table and let everyone make a dish to suit them.
