On Saturday, I hosted a cookalong in my Making food (and your money) go further Facebook group. We had a great time preparing these vegetable and halloumi kebabs with tabouleh alongside which we served a use it up slaw. I got to see what everyone had in their veg drawer to use up and we all created a unique and very tasty zero waste slaw.
