My week in meals – w/c 28/04/19

We’re making the most of some reasonable weather, cooking on the BBQ and trying out some new recipes. It’s a great excuse to be outside.

Wednesday Fish night Salmon with petits pois a la francaise, asparagus and baby potatoes
Thursday Black bean beef chow mein
Friday Huevos rancheros
Saturday Family mealtime BBQ fish, baby potatoes and salad
