My week in meals – w/c 10/02/19

I returned to a favourite fish cook book this week and kicked myself for having let it sit on the shelf for so long since I last cooked from it. If you’re in search of a cookbook to get you comfortable cooking fish, knowing what to buy and how to prepare it then the Mitch Tonks Fish cookbook is the only one you need.
