My week in meals – w/c 03/02/19

We started the week with toad in the holes for Yorkshire pudding day and the good food continued from there. I loved the cottage pie stuffed jackets idea from Delicious magazine, loaded potatoes with a difference.

Based on this recipe from Delicious magazine but using veggie bolognese from the freezer
Tuesday Pork chops with roast baby potatoes, celeriac and carrots, seared Savoy cabbage



Wednesday Fish night Spiced salmon with pea and mint mash and masala spiced potatoes

A riff on this recipe from Olive magazine with the potatoes from this recipe

 Thursday Veggie night

Dining solo

(Use it up) veggie chilli from the freezer with rice
Friday Batch cook Pasta bolognese
Saturday Family mealtime Smoked mackerel dauphinoise, purple sprouting broccoli and peas
