Core skills: Deboning a chicken thigh

Chicken thighs are cheaper if you buy them with skin on and bone in but sometimes your recipe might call for deboned chicken thighs. Taking the bone out isn’t as difficult and scary as it sounds and doesn’t take long at all. Be brave, be confident and follow these simple steps. Don’t forget to keep hold of the bones though, Winter’s coming and you might just need them for a medicinal chicken soup.
