My week in meals – w/c 16/09/18

We had a few old favourites this week but I did manage to try a new recipe as well.

Day Notes Meal
Sunday Family mealtime Pesto breadcrumb topped fish with sliced baked potatoes, tenderstem broccoli, corn on the cob and peas
Monday Veggie night Tikka paneer and mushrooms, dhal, raita, kachumber, chapattis

Use dhal from the freezer

Tuesday Fish night Prawn pilaf
Wednesday Veggie night Black bean burritos



Thursday Working late, need something quick and easy Gochujang noodles with sesame fried eggs

Using up a little bit of cooked pork mince that’s in the freezer

Friday Batch cook Peter Gordon’s chicken and peanut coconut curry
Saturday Family mealtime BBQ picanha with chimichurri, green salad and baguettes
