Last night during my masterclass, I launched the new term of my ‘How to feed your fussy eater’ online programme. It’s a four-week course during which we’ll be working together to transform mealtimes from stressful to stress-free.  I’ll be helping you support your fussy eater to develop a positive relationship with food, increasing the number and variety of foods they’ll eat.

Whilst there is no overnight quick fix with fussy eaters, there are some techniques and approaches which I’ll be sharing that show results quickly and which are easy to put into practice.

If you can commit a couple of hours a week for the next four weeks and are ready to make a change for both your child and for yourself then this course will create healthier, happier stress-free mealtimes.
