So many of the parents I work with feel stuck in a rut, eating the same few meals they know their children will eat.
I get it, I’ve been there and done it too because it’s easy to go down that route knowing that at least they’re going to eat something that mealtime.
But it’s not helpful for you or your child – you end up feeling miserable, not enjoying the food and not nourishing yourself and your child is never exposed to anything other than the foods they know and love so aren’t able to learn to like anything else.
