You don't have to do it all at once

When it comes to reducing your food waste, small changes mount up to collectively make a big difference. All of us doing something is better than a few of us doing things perfectly.

The point is not to go from producing however much food waste you’re creating right now to zero food waste overnight; that simply isn’t realistic for most of us. Instead, we need to identify some small changes we can make that become habitual then build on these over time. We’re more likely to stick with our changes if they’re easy and become a habit.

Feeding ourselves and our families really doesn’t have to cost the earth but it also doesn’t have to cause us any overwhelm.
