My week in meals week commencing 06/02/22

We revisited Glamorgan sausages this week. They weren’t a hit last time because of the cheese so I played it safe this time with a combination of Cheddar and smoked Cheddar and the result was Harvey eating plenty and polishing off the leftovers the following day. If at first you don’t succeed, try and try again!

Glamorgan sausages with roast carrots and parsnips

Wednesday

Baked potatoes with saucy smoked haddock 

Thursday

Paneer and mushroom tikka, dhal (from the freezer), chapattis, yoghurt and kachumber

Friday

Turkey and red pepper curry with rice and green beans 

Made using leftover Christmas turkey

Saturday 

Spaghetti with prawns, chorizo and fennel
