What mealtime goal would you like to achieve?

Achieving a mealtime goal
Making a change, whether that’s to support your fussy eater learn to like more foods, introduce more variety into your diet, start to meal plan or find ways to reduce your food waste, can feel daunting and overwhelming. You don’t have the time, energy or headspace to make these changes.

And what happens, when we’re overwhelmed by our goal? We don’t do anything to make the changes we wanted for ourselves and our families.

But if we have an overall goal in mind and work towards it one step at a time, we are going to achieve change in a sustainable way. Small, gradual changes which we can build on over time make our goal achievable and will mean that we’re creating new habits which will stay with us for the long term.

My job is to support you to break down your goal into bite-size pieces which fit with your family, your lifestyle and your needs so that you can achieve long-lasting positive changes. It isn’t going to happen overnight but you will see continued progress which will provide the motivation you need to strive for your goal.
