My week in meals – w/c 07/03/21

Meal plan

I’ve had my trusty three-year old sous-chef in the kitchen with me a lot this week and the net result has been that she has been more open to having some foods on her plate that she previously refused – not always eating it but this is a great first step as I continue to offer a wide range of foods that my husband and I enjoy.

Crispy squid with noodles and stir-fry veg

Roasted red onion, beetroot and carrot warm salad with lentils, tomatoes, pecans and Gorgonzola, garlicky yoghurt dressing and flatbreads

Roasted vegetable, lentil, pecan and Gorgonzola salad

Thursday

Hainanese chicken rice with steamed veg and pickled carrot ribbons

Hainanese chicken rice

Friday

Tartiflette and salad

Saturday

Sausage ragu with fried gnocchi
