1. It’s a jam-packed four-week course.
2. You’ll have me on tap for the full four weeks to ask questions, receive tailored support and benefit from all the knowledge and expertise I have to share with you.
3. You’ll be joining me for the course in a closed Facebook group. Don’t worry if you can’t make the lives, that’s the beauty of Facebook, you can catch up later.
4. The group is a supportive community of other parents going through the same struggles – a safe place to share and to celebrate your successes.
5. I’ll be setting you a challenge each week so that you can apply the knowledge and techniques learned straight away and I can hold your hand through that process as much as you’d like.
6. It’s fun, it’s interactive and whilst I can’t fix your fussy eating problems overnight, there will be progress made from week one and I promise you that anxiety around mealtimes will reduce and you’ll be able to able to head to the table calm and reassured.
