I’ve chosen my raspberry and kiwi smoothie bowl as my recipe of the week because it is perfect for adults and children alike. It’s also perfect for breakfast, snack or pudding.

If your children aren’t keen on smoothies, freeze it in ice lolly moulds…there aren’t many children who’d refuse an ice cream!

I use raspberries and kiwi but as you know, with a smoothie, most fruits go so you can ring the changes as well as use it as a way of introducing new fruits to your fussy eater.
