We took a trip to Greece on Wednesday and it was the food highlight of my week! I could almost see the white-walled buildings, hear the gentle lapping of the bright blue sea and taste the sunshine!
I used the slow cooker to cook some dried beans rather than using tinned and the end result was a very creamy bean. There are tonnes of beans in the freezer now too since there’s no point going to the effort of soaking and slow cooking for one meal.
