What can you do now to make cooking this Christmas stress-free?

Me? I’ve bought my turkey and ordered my gammon.

I’ve got a Christmas Day food schedule planned out – I know what works for us, combined with what requires least effort from me, and I’m sticking with it. 

I’ll be buying a Christmas pudding – I love the idea of making one on stir-up Sunday, but honestly can’t see that it’s worth the effort or the expense. 

I have a stash of mince pies in the freezer – some bought and some home made with the kids.

I’ve got time scheduled to sit with a cuppa and finish my meal planning and shopping lists for the whole festive period by mid-December.
