There’s no doubt that Christmas is going to be different this year. We don’t know yet whether we’ll be able to have family and friends over, how many there’ll be around the dining room table, if we’ll be able to share mince pies and mulled wine with friends and neighbours.
One thing is for sure, we deserve to make Christmas Day a special time, to celebrate and enjoy a festive feast.
But we need to do it without the stress, without the waste and whilst being able to be flexible around the number of mouths we’re feeding.
