The new term of my ‘How to feed your fussy eater’ online programme starts Monday. During the four-week course, we’ll be transforming mealtimes from stressful to stress-free and I’ll be helping you support your fussy eater to have a positive relationship with food, increasing the number and variety of foods they’ll eat.
