I’ve received a few comments this week from mums saying that there is no way that their children would eat the food that is on my meal plans and that I serve to my own children.
Rest assured that my children don’t eat everything served! There’s usually one day a week when I can cook a meal that no one will make a fuss about – this week the noodles, veg and squid. Other days my son might eat well and my daughter pick at it or only eat the pasta, say, other days my daughter will tuck in and my son try bits, if he’s in the right mood. But I consistently offer and expose them to this variety of food, I don’t cave in and offer an alternative.
