Highlight of the week was pork souvlaki – maybe it was just because it was Friday after what felt like a very long week?! It’s the kind of meal that really hits the spot for me with lots of salad bits to choose from. The Jamie Oliver flatbread recipe is a keeper. This is the second time I’ve made them and I’ll be making them regularly now.
