It’s business as usual at Kitchen Titbits HQ for as long as will allow. And, if the need arises, I’m all set to deliver my courses and workshops virtually.
I’ve been messaged by followers worried about what they will eat in the event that they are in isolation and others concerned about what foods to buy now that will see them through two weeks or more without being able to get to the shops, especially considering many supermarket shelves are bare. Making the most of the food you’ve got will prove to be even more important than ever in the current climate.
Communities are rallying together and I am positive that, even if you are in isolation, there will be someone who can go to the shops for you to buy fresh ingredients but, starting tomorrow, I’ll be going live each day to bring you some tips and help to see you through.
When life gives you lemons, make lemonade, lemon and ginger tea, preserved lemons, lemon sponge pudding, lemon curd, spaghetti with lemons and olives, baked feta with lemon, Greek roast chicken and potatoes with lemon, lemony prawn and pea pasta…the list goes on.
Now is the time to start thinking creatively and make your food go further.
If you need help with that, I’m here to help.
