I’ve switched the format of the meal plan a bit this week to include a column for the children. I wanted to show how I work their mealtimes around what we’re having, where possible, to give you some ideas for making life easier even if you’re having split mealtimes. It also makes me accountable and will hopefully help me stay on track and not cave in to what is easy at mealtimes!
