My week in meals – w/c 27/10/19

Comfort food was the theme of the week, including my first proper roast potato in quite some time!

Monday Fish night Smoked haddock and sweetcorn chowder and bread
Tuesday Roast potatoes, sausages, caulbrocci cheese, lightly pickled red cabbage
Wednesday Veggie night Roasted pepper, black bean, sweet potato, and mushroom quesadillas
Thursday Veggie night Italian-style lentil stew and grilled polenta

Saturday Family mealtime Chicken, ham and mushroom pie with veg
